Long Term Contract Position

Key Skills:

- 6 years of IT experience with hands-on AI Agent development.
- Experience building AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and automation.
- Experience integrating AI agents with Jira, Confluence, and documentation workflows.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI content optimization.
- Good knowledge of XML/DITA and the Technical Documentation lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Design and build AI agents for release notes, feature documentation, content review, and documentation automation.
- Integrate AI workflows with Jira and other documentation tools.
- Automate documentation processes from content creation through publishing.
- Optimize documentation quality, reuse, and consistency using AI.
