To plan, monitor, guide, train and review the teams to ensure implementation of WCM Roadmap across the organization & institutionalize WCM processes in the Unit

Assist in target setting of these teams

Review for effectiveness of the Sub committees and Operating Teams

Equipping the teams with Analytical Tools

Design the training and reading material





Plan for annual training program for operating TeamsKRA2To identify and gather Benchmarking data for WCM processes to improvise targets and objectives to meet Vision and Mission Collect information on Best Practices from various sources

Consolidate and customize

Furnish the information at various levels

Facilitate for implementation

Monitor the progressKRA3Lead Specific Projects through to drive process improvement resulting into tangible benefits Problem Solving Tools
