Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage denial management process to minimize claim rejections and optimize revenue cycle.
- Handle patient billing, insurance verification, and claims submission in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve denials by appealing denied claims, negotiating with payers, or following up on missing information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate coding and documentation for smooth claims processing.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR Denial Management.
- Solid knowledge of denial handling, denial management, and good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy rates.
