Role Description The AGM/DGM (Real Estate) will lead and oversee real estate consulting operations, including project evaluation, client portfolio management, and strategic planning. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves guiding a team of real estate professionals, monitoring market trends, and driving business development initiatives to expand the company’s client base. The role includes managing key client relationships, presenting investment proposals, ensuring high-quality advisory services, and aligning solutions with clients’ financial goals.

The AGM/DGM will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, maintain compliance with relevant regulations,



and uphold InvestoXpert’s standards of integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong real estate consulting and portfolio management skills, with experience in investment advisory and project evaluation.

Candidates should possess business development and client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor staff, allocate responsibilities, and drive performance.

Candidates should possess analytical and strategic planning skills, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with transparent written and verbal communication and a customer-centric approach.

Relevant experience in real estate consulting or investment management at a managerial level; prior experience in Hyderabad or similar markets is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Proficiency with MS Office and basic real estate CRM or portfolio management tools, along with a strong focus on ethics, integrity, and professional conduct.
