Role Description The Admissions Outreach – MP-CG – Indore, Delhi, Gujarat role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will engage with prospective students and families from the assigned regions, providing information about Woxsen University’s programs, admission criteria, and application processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach through calls, emails, and in-person sessions, coordinating with schools, colleges, and coaching centers, and organizing information sessions or events.

The role includes maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up with prospective applicants,



and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals. The role also involves supporting marketing and promotional activities to strengthen Woxsen’s regional presence.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide respectful, timely, and accurate support to prospective students and families.

Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into applications and support enrollment targets ethically.

Candidates should possess Student Recruiting skills to identify, engage, and guide prospective learners from MP, CG, Indore, Delhi, and Gujarat.

Candidates should possess understanding of the Education sector, preferably with experience in higher education admissions or counseling.

Additional beneficial qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with CRM or admissions-related software, willingness to travel when required, and the ability to work collaboratively toward targets.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, outreach, or related roles.
