As an Admissions Counsellor you will be responsible for contacting parents, answering queries and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Should have prior experience using ERP/CRM based software.
Intermediate to Expert skills using MS Office.
Should be able to handle large call volumes (inbound and outbound).
Work collaboratively with other admission counsellors to generate reports, schedule assessments for prospective students, coordinate between teachers and parents etc.
Prior experience with educational institutions would be an added advantage.
