Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Counselor to guide prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and the admission process. The counselor will play a key role in converting inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about eligibility, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and college facilities.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (online and offline).
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and personal meetings.
- Assist students throughout the admission process until enrollment.
- Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, career fairs, and educational events.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.





Required Qualifications
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Strong counseling, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
