Role Description:-

We are looking for a Full-Time Admission Counselor to join our team remotely!

In this role, you’ll guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide program information, and assist them with application submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats

Provide detailed information about programs and courses





Guide students through the application and admission process

Follow up with potential leads and ensure a smooth admissions experience

Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven customer service and sales experience

Background in education (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi

Ability to work independently and remotely

Prior experience in admissions or education counseling is a plus
