1. Admission Counsellor

Eligibility:

- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 13 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide prospective students and parents regarding academic programs
- Proficient in handling leads and follow-ups

1. Telecaller

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Robust verbal communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred

Key Responsibilities:





- Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Schedule campus visits and follow up with leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and enquiries
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets
