Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor to manage the end-to-end admission process for our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in converting enquiries into admissions, building strong relationships with parents, and ensuring a seamless admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the CBSE curriculum, school policies, facilities, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and effectively showcase the school's strengths and academic offerings.
- Follow up with prospective families to maximize admission conversions.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Academic Team,



and Administration to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, school events, orientation programs, and promotional activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Admission Counsellor in a CBSE school is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid counselling, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
