- Work with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct basic testing of solutions to validate business requirements.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of features or process changes.
- Create a basic Mock-up/Prototype to give development team an idea of the change
- Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
