- Source and procure all types of construction materials including civil, steel, cement, RMC, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, finishing materials, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, paint, fixtures, machinery, tools, equipment, and project-related services.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts, issue Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, site, store, accounts, and vendors to ensure material availability, monitor inventory, track orders, resolve quality/delivery issues, and support uninterrupted project execution.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships by identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and monitoring supplier performance while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain procurement records, verify invoices and delivery documents, prepare MIS reports, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and support material planning, annual rate contracts, and bulk procurement.
