HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 50+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Finance and Account team. We are looking to fill the Finance Planner position based in Ahmedabad.

Position/Profile Title: Sr. Executive or Assistant Manager - Finance Planner

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Essential Area of Expertise:

- FP&A;, Reporting, Budgeting
- Business Finance
- Understanding of Revenue/COGS
- Monthly MIS budget vs actual
- Costing of the product
- Product profitability analysis

Desired Area of Expertise: Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel

Critical/Special Exposure:

- ERP (especially SAP) Exposure
- FMCG and Food processing exposure is desirable

Purpose of the Position: To act as a business partner, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support Management with data for actuals, AOP/scenario building,



and the forecasting process in the organization.
- Provide and gather accurate operational information to deliver the target and latest forecast processes.
- Support in business KPIs, market share analysis, sources of growth, and capacity planning.
- Lead the monthly/quarterly (plan vs. actual) review process and drive action.
- support data-driven decision processes, including Segment-wise business KPIs
- Provide senior management with relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering
- Work on Cost analysis and Unit economics of the products, with Product profitability analysis
- Identify improvement opportunities through inward and outward benchmarking/comparison
