Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including Production, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Support. P&L; accountable
- Drive production planning, productivity improvement, and on-time delivery of capital equipment.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and First Time Right (FTR) initiatives across the plant.
- Develop strategic sourcing, vendor development, and procurement of fabrication, machining, and bought-out components.
- Ensure high-quality standards, process excellence, and continuous cost optimization.
- Lead project execution, installation, commissioning, and customer issue resolution with strong root cause analysis.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, KPIs, and performance-driven processes across functions.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and drive change management,



operational excellence, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with senior management to execute business growth plans and expand operational capabilities.
- Drive digital initiatives, ERP adoption, automation, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Preferred Profile:

- 1825 years of experience in capital equipment or machine manufacturing.
- Solid exposure to fabrication, machining, assembly, procurement, and plant operations.
- Proven experience in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and process improvement.
- Hands-on leader with excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
- BTech Mechanical MBA is an added advantage.
