Because Branding & Marketing is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop paid media strategies based on client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Design, SEO, Content, Video, and Account Management teams.
- Recommend creative improvements to maximize campaign performance.
Candidate Profile
- 35 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Analytical, proactive, self-motivated, and a continuous learner.
