Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and commercially driven Product & Marketing Manager to lead product content, product marketing, rewards and promotional initiatives, training programs, and product positioning across our travel portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Supplier teams to ensure our travel products are accurately presented, effectively promoted, and well understood by both internal stakeholders and travel partners.

This role requires a blend of product management, marketing strategy, content development, and training expertise to enhance product adoption, customer engagement, and business growth.

Role & responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in Trade Show & Event Management is mandatory.
- Manage and maintain accurate product content, hotel information, facilities, policies, images, and pricing across all customer-facing platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contracting, and product teams to ensure timely product launches, content updates, and service enhancements.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns for current destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel services.
- Lead and manage RezRewards and other partner engagement programs, including promotional campaigns, incentive schemes, and seasonal offers to drive bookings.
- Develop product presentations, brochures, newsletters, banners, and other marketing collateral to support product promotions and sales initiatives.
- Organize and deliver product training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing programs for internal teams, travel agents, and global sales offices.
- Represent the company at travel exhibitions, roadshows, partner events, and marketing expos to promote products, strengthen supplier relationships, and generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to execute destination campaigns,



supplier promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, booking trends, campaign effectiveness, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards to track product adoption, campaign ROI, and partner engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of product and marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Travel Technology, OTA, Hospitality, or E-commerce.
- Strong experience in product content management, product marketing, promotions, supplier coordination, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering product training programs for internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of travel products, including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, destinations, facilities, and customer experience.
- Strong content writing and presentation skills with the ability to create engaging product documentation and marketing materials.
- Experience in managing rewards programs, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CMS platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing reports, product performance analysis, and campaign effectiveness metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the Travel, Hospitality, or B2B Travel Technology industry will be highly preferred.
