Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile HR professional to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and strategic HR initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational growth.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation and retention.
- Coordinate and support the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
- Support talent development, succession planning and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies,



processes and applicable labour regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

-Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with manufacturing exposure.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
