1. Assistant Professor

- Subjects: HR
- Qualification: NET/SET qualified along with a Masters Degree in the respective field
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant academic experience

2. Associate Professor

- Subjects: HR
- Qualification: PhD in the respective field
- Experience: Candidates with post-PhD experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures and academic sessions in HR at UG/PG levels
• Develop and review curriculum and course content
• Engage in lecture planning, preparation,



and research activities
• Guide students on projects, dissertations, and internships
• Assess and evaluate student performance
• Participate in academic governance, departmental meetings, and institutional initiatives
• Publish research papers and contribute to academic journals
• Supervise Ph.D. students and support ongoing research initiatives
• Write research proposals and secure funding for projects
• Attend and speak at academic conferences and seminars
• Support university events and other responsibilities as assigned
