Job Summary:

The Plant Supply Chain Lead will own end-to-end inbound, outbound, Procurement and logistics for the Ahmedabad Manufacturing Plant, managing raw material and packing material receipt from the 3PL DC, finished goods dispatch to distribution partners, and all on-site purchasing operations within the factory compound. The role is critical to ensuring zero line stoppages due to material unavailability, full GMP/FSSAI compliance across the cold chain, and cost-efficient primary distribution from the plant to Bhiwandi DC and direct trade customers.

Education Experience:

- Graduate with minimum 8 12 years of experience in Warehousing, Planning and Purchasing, preferably in FMCG, food beverage, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
- Management qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing a 3PL relationship, including SLA setting, performance reviews, and billing reconciliation.
- Strong working knowledge of cold chain logistics operations and FSSAI / GMP compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP / SAP B1 modules; exposure to network optimization tools an advantage.
- Experience with import documentation, CHA coordination,



and customs clearance processes for temperature-sensitive materials.

Required Skills:

- Strong end-to-end understanding of Supply Chain including Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, logistics, inbound and outbound operations and primary distribution operations.
- Acute understanding of the interdependency between production planning, material availability, and logistics execution in a manufacturing environment.
- Robust people management capability, including direct supervision of warehouse and logistics teams and governance of 3PL service providers.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across supply planning, procurement, quality, finance, and regional supply chain leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage at all levels of the organization and with external service providers and transporters.
