- We're Hiring: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounts & ERP

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & ERP Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of accounting processes and hands-on experience with ERP systems, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Maintain receivables, payables, and vendor/customer ledgers.
Assist in GST compliance, TDS, and month-end/year-end closing.
Generate financial reports and MIS.

ERP Management

Create and manage Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders (POs), and Proforma Invoices.
Generate Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, Credit/Debit Notes, and E-Way Bills (where applicable).
Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and product master data.
Process purchase receipts, sales dispatches, inventory movements, and stock adjustments.




Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor order lifecycle from quotation to payment collection.
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure data accuracy across all modules.
Prepare ERP-based reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
25 years of experience in Accounts and ERP operations.
Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally Prime, BUSY, Marg, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
