Educational Qualification & Criteria - Diploma or Bachelors Degree (B.E./B Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering mandatory

Experience -

- Minimum 2- 5+ years of hands-on experience in instrumentation design, engineering or execution within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, power, or process industries.
- Experience in EPC projects involving PLC, DCS, SCADA systems and field instrumentation.
- Prior exposure to hydrogen, electrolyser, or clean energy projects is highly desirable

Key Job Responsibilities -

Instrumentation Design & Engineering

- Develop instrumentation specifications, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, hook-up drawings, Datasheet preparations, Instrumentation design basis .
- Interpret, review, and modify P&ID; diagrams to ensure correct instrument selection, tagging, and placement.

PLC, DCS & SCADA Integration

- Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to implement PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for monitoring and control of hydrogen production processes.

Control System Design

Design and specify control panels, control loops, field instruments, and I/O lists





Material Specification & Procurement Support

Assist in selection and technical evaluation of pressure, flow, temperature, level, and analytical instruments.

Hazardous Area Compliance

Apply knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX, IECEx), Gas Group IIC, and instrumentation design for explosive atmospheres

Wiring, Cabling & Documentation

- Prepare cable schedules, wiring diagrams, termination schedules, and loop folders

Calibration, Testing & Commissioning

- Ensure calibration, configuration, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems

Project Coordination & Safety

- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations
