– Accounts & MIS Executive (Telecom Operations)Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Finance

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

· Process vendor invoices, payments, employee claims, and project-related bills.

· Manage accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory data for compliance.

· Support monthly account closing and maintain financial records.

- MIS & Reporting

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

· Update project trackers, attendance, manpower, and progress reports.

· Generate reports using MS Excel and ensure data accuracy.

· Maintain project records and MIS applications.

- Administration & Documentation





· Maintain physical and digital project records.

· Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for field teams.

· Manage company asset records, office inventory, and vendor coordination.

· Upload project documents to customer portals and track compliance documents.

- Coordination

· Coordinate with project teams, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

· Follow up on pending actions and support smooth project operations.

Skills Required

· Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and MS Office.

· Basic accounting knowledge (GST, TDS, AP/AR, bank reconciliation).

· Robust documentation, data management, and organizational skills.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

· Basic knowledge of telecom operations will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

· Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, MIS, Administration, or Telecom Operations.

· Languages: English, Kannada, and Hindi.

· Tamil and/or Malayalam will be an added advantage.

Work Details:

· Location: Annapoorneswari Nagar, Health layout, Nagarbavi, Bengaluru - 560091

· Type: Work from Office

· Working Days: 6 Days a Week/ 9:30 AM -6:30 PM

· CTC: 20-30 LPA (Based on Experience)
