Requirement: The Account Executive - Payroll will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and the ability to work effectively with team members and external partners. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience. Job Profile:

- Review & Checking of Salary received from the HR and Accurately process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, deductions, and withholdings.

- Utilize Tally and Excel to maintain payroll records.

- Communicate to factory HR for daily for Contractor Worker attendance

- Scrutiny of contractors bills and get it clear for payment if any deviation to be clear and resolve.

- Process the payment of compliance - PF / PT /ESIC / TDS

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.

- Maintain Employee Loan application data & Payment

- Monthly comparative salary statement to be prepared with remark why salary increased or decreased.

- Prepared MIS for Management Review.
