Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare customer invoices and ensure accurate billing for jewellery sales.

- Record daily sales entries and purchase transactions in the accounting system.

- Verify cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions against daily sales.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Process and record jewellery chit (scheme) closing entries accurately.

- Maintain customer chit accounts and update payment records.

- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.

- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances.

- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Coordinate with the sales team to verify billing accuracy and resolve billing issues.

- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required by management.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documents.





- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and customer records.

- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by man

- Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a jewellery retail store.

- Experience with jewellery billing software and accounting systems is an added advantage.

- Experience in billing, sales entry, BRS, and chit accounting.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Good understanding of GST and taxation applicable to jewellery businesses.

- Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
