As an Accounts Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day finance operations. From maintaining financial records and processing invoices to supporting compliance and working closely with multiple teams, you'll help build the financial backbone of a fast-growing startup. What You"ll Do Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally by recording sales, purchases, bank transactions, expenses, debit notes, credit notes and other day-to-day financial entries across multiple business locations.

Create and manage B2B invoices while ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Maintain purchase records and trackers, ensuring invoices and supporting documents are complete, organized and readily accessible.

Verify GSTR-2B and reconcile purchase data to support accurate GST compliance.

Verify Request Orders (ROs), coordinate with vendors and ensure supporting documentation is complete before processing.





Reconcile and maintain customer and vendor ledgers by regularly verifying outstanding receivables and payables.

Prepare, maintain and update TDS and TCS records in Tally while supporting statutory compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Maintain physical and digital financial records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations and other accounting tasks as assigned.

Step beyond your core responsibilities whenever the business needs it, taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives and solving problems wherever you can create the greatest impact.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

0 to 1 years of experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping.

Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, TCS and accounting principles.

Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
