Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, and the ability to manage inventory records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Maintain and update inventory records, stock entries, and stock reconciliation in Tally.
- Prepare purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Generate invoices and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Verify purchase bills and expense vouchers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory movement and stock verification.
- Support GST documentation and other statutory records.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial and inventory documents.




- Assist the Accounts Manager with daily accounting operations and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management in Tally (stock entries, stock reports, stock reconciliation).
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Internship or practical experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

₹3 LPA (Based on skills and qualifications).

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
