: Accounts Executive (Commerce Graduate)

Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Person

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Delhi, Ghaziabad, Baddi, Bhiwadi (Only those candidates will apply who can relocate to any of these Locations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Commerce Graduate to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial record-keeping, with solid analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare financial data for audits and coordinate with auditors.




- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Use accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or similar.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage.
