About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable,

and Accounts Receivable

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation (GST, TDS), and audit

requirements

- Handle bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities





- Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting

- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred)

- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience

- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadline
