Brands: epitight.in | buyniconi.com Role Overview The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling end to end accounting operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and compliance with applicable financial regulations. Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor coordination and address queries related to payments and documentation

Process and monitor vendor payments in a timely manner

Verify invoices and record transactions in Tally/ERP systems

Maintain accounts payable records and perform periodic reconciliations





Track outstanding payments and follow up for pending invoices or discrepancies

Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations

Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and reports Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

1-4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or vendor management

Working knowledge of Tally and understanding of GST & TDS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Location: Goregaon, Mumbai | 6 days Working
