Key duties include monthly closing, tracking production costs, raw material inventory reconciliation, and preparing MIS reports for management. This role typically requires a degree in accounting, experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in ERP software. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Key Responsibilities Cost Accounting: Analyze production costs (raw materials, power, labor) to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain inventory valuation.

Inventory Control: Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile, and value stocks (raw materials, fuel, finished cement).

Financial Reporting: Perform month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and prepare profit & loss accounts and balance sheets.

Compliance:



Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.

Operations Coordination: Coordinate with plant, procurement, and site personnel to track expenditures and verify operational data.
