Position : Accountant/Finance Executive

Brief : We are looking for an accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits & budgets. Accountant responsibilities would include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

:

1. Manage all accounting transactions

2. Prepare budget forecasts
3. Handle monthly, quarterly & annual closings
4. Reconcile accounts payable & receivable
5. Compute taxes & prepare tax returns
6. Reinforce financial data confidentiality & conduct database backups when necessary
7. Comply with financial policies & regulations.

Requirements :

1. Work experience as an accountant
2. Good hands on experience on TALLY ERP and Prime
3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and word

4. Good Typing speed
5. Positive skill for Mail writing

Skills:

1. Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
2. Analytical Skills:



Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to make informed decisions.
3. Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
4. Proficiency in Accounting Software: Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or SAP for managing financial data.
5. Financial Reporting: Skills in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to create budgets and predict future financial trends based on data analysis.
7. Tax Knowledge: Understanding tax regulations and compliance requirements.
8. Communication Skills: Effectively explaining financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
9. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
10. Time Management: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Qualification : Any Graduate / PG (MBA Finance/Accounting)

Experience: 2+yrs

Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi

Location: Bavdhan, Pune (Maharashtra)

Office Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Weekly off: Sunday

Interview Day: Monday to Saturday

Interview Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
