Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. The role also involves supporting budgeting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners on finance-related matters. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring close collaboration with the finance and operational teams to support the company’s growth in the fintech sector.

Qualifications

Ability to manage core accounting activities such as bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

Skills in handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor and client payment processing.

Experience in preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Knowledge of taxation, compliance with relevant financial regulations, and adherence to Indian accounting standards.

Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), MS Excel, and basic financial analysis tools.

Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in fintech, payments, or corporate services domains is beneficial.
