Role Description The Accountant role at Aarambh Creative Services Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including preparing and posting journal entries, managing ledgers, and reconciling bank and account statements.

Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments, tracking expenses, and assisting with payroll-related data. The role also involves preparing periodic financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The Accountant will contribute to improving financial processes and providing timely insights to support decision-making.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry preparation, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable management, invoice processing, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and office software tools, such as Tally or similar accounting systems, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel), and basic ERP or financial management platforms.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant tax laws, compliance requirements, and local statutory regulations, with the ability to support audits and regulatory filings.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
