Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Finance & CFO Office Support

Partner closely with the CFO in driving financial strategy and key business initiatives.

Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, investments, acquisitions, and expansion plans.

Prepare financial models, business cases, and management presentations for the Board and senior leadership.

Lead and execute special projects from the CFO’s office.

2. Financial Reporting & Governance

Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Strengthen internal controls, financial governance frameworks, and reporting accuracy.

3. Taxation & Regulatory Matters

Handle complex taxation and regulatory matters including Income Tax, GST, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with external consultants, tax advisors, and legal teams for effective resolution of matters.

4. Audit & Compliance Oversight

Coordinate with various auditors.

Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.





Support the CFO in presenting audit matters to senior management and the audit committee.

5. Financial Risk & Insurance Management

Support monitoring of cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations.

Assist in banking relationships, financing arrangements, and financial risk management. Insurance renewals and monitoring.

Ensure optimal fund utilization and financial discipline.

6. Finance Process Excellence

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency in finance operations.

Drive implementation of solid financial controls and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
