Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute target customer coverage plans to meet call frequency and call-average goals [Visit 1012 doctors daily on field working day (minimum 10 productive calls)]
- Leverage customer insights to tailor scientific detailing and build strong relationships with HCPs
- Detail 2–3 focus products per call using approved visual aids, clinical reprints, sample utilization and LBL; secure Rx commitments and follow up the same.
- Organize and conduct CMEs, RTMs, and small-group meetings as per cycle plan in coordination with ABM/ASM.
- Visit 10–12 key retail outlets & conduct RCPA daily on field working day ; capture prescription data (company vs. competitor: brand, pack, qty) to identify stock gaps and push secondary sales schemes.
- Visit assigned stockist 1-2 times weekly; verify physical vs. system stock, reconcile expiry/near-expiry,



and ensure POB for focus SKUs to prevent stock-outs.
- Monitor competitor activities — track promotional inputs, schemes, current launches, MR frequency, and doctor-wise engagements (Inputs/activities).
- Submit DCR(Daily call report) daily on field working day via SFA/mobile app; highlight POB / Rx gains, stockist issues, competitor intelligence, and market opportunities.
- Escalate critical issues—stock-outs (>3 days), quality complaints, unethical practices—on the same day or within 3 working days.
- New territory development, exploring and implementing new initiatives to accelerate sales in the assigned territory- Ensure 100% compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
