Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage order to cash process from receipt of order to final payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with sales team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze revenue assurance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with finance team to optimize cash flow management and minimize bad debts.
Job Requirements :
- 5-25 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) operations or related field.
- Robust understanding of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), OTC processes, RA (Revenue Assurance), SAP systems.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
