Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end development of our SaaS and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in scalable SaaS architecture, cloud-native application development, AI-enabled products, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires a technical leader who can architect enterprise-grade solutions, mentor engineering teams, establish AI-assisted development workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Product Ownership

- Lead end-to-end software development initiatives from planning and architecture through deployment and production support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, development roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
- Drive architectural decisions related to scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Take ownership of product quality, engineering standards, and successful product releases.

SaaS Product Development

- Design, build, and scale secure, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Develop backend services, APIs, dashboards, workflow automation, analytics, authentication, and user management modules.
- Build subscription management, billing workflows, role-based access control, and enterprise integrations.
- Ensure products are highly available, scalable, and future-ready.

AI Product Development

- Build AI-powered product features using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
- Integrate AI services from platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure AI, and open-source ecosystems.
- Design production-ready AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.




- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption.

AI-Assisted Software Development

- Implement AI-driven engineering workflows using tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Claude Code
- Codex
- Windsurf
- MCP-based development workflows

- Improve developer productivity through AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code refactoring.
- Define best practices for AI-enabled software engineering.

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

- Establish coding standards, software architecture guidelines, and secure development practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical audits.
- Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and deployment best practices.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
- Allocate work, track project progress, remove technical blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, UI/UX, and Business teams.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

- Work with founders, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical priorities.
- Prepare project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Balance speed, scalability, maintainability, and product quality throughout the SDLC.




- Ensure successful product launches and production stability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, release management, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with LLMOps, MLOps, AI governance, cloud security, and performance optimization is an added advantage.
