Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our solar sales operations across key states. The ideal candidate must have mandatory expertise in solar inverter sales, distribution networks, systems integrators, dealer network management, and retail channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for distributors, systems integrators, and retail dealers.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retail partners to expand market presence.
- Build strong channel relationships and improve partner productivity and engagement.
- Monitor field performance, conduct regular market visits,



and support the sales team with on-ground execution.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, growth rate, dealer performance, and market share.

Desired Functional Knowledge & Skills:

- Proven track record in Solar Inverter sales (String, Central, or Microinverters).
- Strong existing network of solar distributors and dealers in the target region.
- High willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
