Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through tied channel partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field (agency management).
- Strong understanding of agency channel distribution networks and ability to build solid relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing revenue streams through innovative strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
