Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with suppliers to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Product Selection: Collaborate with the buying and design teams to select products based on market trends and consumer demand.
- Cost Management: Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections and coordination with the QC team.
- Inventory & Order Management: Oversee stock levels, manage order placements, and monitor timely deliveries.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-5 years in sourcing or merchandising within the retail or fashion industry.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and retail software (Tally, ERP) is a plus.
- Location: Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
