The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance, compliance, capital allocation, profitability improvement, risk management, and business planning of the company.
The role requires a commercially oriented finance leader who can partner with the CEO to transform Nessa into a high-growth, professionally managed enterprise capable of scaling beyond 100 crore annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Business Planning
- Partner with MD/CEO on long-term growth strategy.
- Develop annual budgets and 3-5 year financial plans.
- Drive EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate current business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments.
- Create board-level financial presentations and business dashboards.
Financial Control & Reporting
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate MIS and business intelligence systems.

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Optimize receivables and collections.
- Improve inventory turns and procurement efficiency.

- Establish robust costing systems for:
- LED manufacturing

Project & Tender Finance
- Evaluate project profitability before bidding.

Fund Raising & Banking
- Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives.
- Negotiate banking facilities.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
