We are hiring for Accounts Manager for Manufacturing Industry

Location: Erode

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Salary: Upto 7.2 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliation, and Cash Management.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and MIS reports.

Handle account finalization and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory and financial regulations.

Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and financial assessments.

Liaise with Chartered Accountants (CA), auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors,



and government authorities on financial and compliance matters.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgeting, costing, inventory accounting, and financial planning to support business objectives.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis for management review.

Maintain robust internal controls and ensure the accuracy of financial records and accounting documentation.

Supervise journal entries, ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and account reconciliation processes.

Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring timely reporting, productivity, and continuous process improvement.

Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes, improve financial controls, and enhance operational efficiency.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
