We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to manage accounting and financial operations across our restaurant, salon, and pet care businesses.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring daily transactions, managing statutory compliance, and providing regular financial reports to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for restaurant, salon, and pet care operations
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Record and reconcile daily sales, purchases, expenses, cash, and bank transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Track customer, vendor, and supplier outstanding balances
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliation
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and other external parties
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and management reports
- Monitor business expenses and identify discrepancies
- Maintain proper records of vendor payments, salaries, rent, utilities, and other operating expenses
- Verify purchase invoices and expense bills




- Monitor daily cash collections and ensure proper accounting of revenue
- Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information

REQUIREMENTS
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Experience in handling accounts for restaurants, salons, retail, hospitality, or service businesses will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of cash, bank, sales, purchase, and expense accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple business accounts
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain proper financial records
