Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated FA Treasury Officer to manage various financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial processes, including bank reconciliations, transaction recording, and compliance with regulations. This role involves managing individual tasks, communicating with site staff, and ensuring accurate financial records.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Banking

- Handle the liquidity management responsibilities day to day
- Providing timely payment support across the group
- Set up of bank accounts maintaining bank mandates (DD/SO)
- Providing key Know Your Customer (KYC) information to the bank
- Managing and developing key banking relationships
- Manage cash switches, drawdowns, and Intercompany movements
- Managing weekly cash calls with site controllers

Cash Flow

- Produce group cashflow reports and perform overall logic checks




- Variance analysis and working with the wider finance team
- Team to drive stronger forecasting
- Implementation of recent processes and systems
- Managing/Ownership of the group FX rates
- Group Bank reconciliations
- Ensuring timely inflow and outflow of cash

Others

- Supporting FD, CFO, Onshore Managers etc.
- Ad hoc analysis, Audit and business support

Key Success Measures

- 3 plus years experience in Treasury Operations, BACS payments, Bank reconciliation
- Must be efficient in MS Excel reports
- Cash flow fund flow knowledge
- Good in communication

Education - Commerce Graduate

Shift Time - 12:30 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST/1:30 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
