Qualification: MSW (IR Welfare Specialist), MBA

Key Areas: Must have experience in Manufacturing / Automotive / Engineering Industry

Exposure of IR ER

- Coordinate with contractors for timely wage disbursement and statutory compliance
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with Contract Labour (Regulation Abolition) Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, and other labour laws
- Maintain and verify statutory registers and documentation related to contract labour
- Coordinate with contractors for monthly compliance documents (PF challans, ESIC records, wage sheets, etc.)
- Support during government inspections and audits
- Address welfare concerns of associates and contract workers
- Implement welfare initiatives such as health camps, awareness programs, and employee support activities
- Ensure availability of basic amenities and facilities for contract labour as per statutory requirements
- Maintain healthy IR environment on the shop floor




- Resolve grievances of associates and contract labour in coordination with HR and plant management
- Support in disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
- Track and report manpower utilization, absenteeism, and contractor manpower strength
- Maintain all records related to labour compliance and audits
- Act as a point of contact between contractors, HR, and plant operations
- Ensure smooth communication regarding manpower requirements and labour deployment
- Maintain proper MIS reports for manpower, attendance, contractor compliance, and welfare activities
