- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our legal team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in understanding land/property related matters and laws, possess government / bar council registration / license to issue title transparent certificates/legal opinion reports.
- Role involves close collaboration with Banks, NBFCs, and FIs to ensure that legal reports for land/property mortgaged by loan applicants are complete in all manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed title searches and land records investigations to establish ownership history and verify the legal status of mortgaged properties.
- Prepare Title Opinion Reports and Title Certificates after examining property documents and ownership chains.
- Review and validate system-generated Legal Opinion and Title Clear Reports to ensure accuracy and quality.




- Coordinate with clients, banks, NBFCs, lenders, and other stakeholders to obtain required documents and resolve queries.
- Support the development of an in-house legal quality assurance team for BFSI-related legal reports.
- Stay updated on property laws, land registration procedures, and real estate regulations across Gujarat and other Indian states.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of property laws and land registration processes.
- Legal research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and English (written and verbal).
