Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager (Team Lead) to lead our social media
team and drive the brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record
in developing social media strategies, managing teams, executing campaigns, and delivering
measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Social Media team. Develop and execute social media strategies
aligned with business objectives. Plan, review, and approve monthly content calendars. Manage
and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social
platforms. Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams. Plan,
execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and prepare
regular performance reports.



Drive audience engagement and online community management.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business goals. Ensure timely delivery of
campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing. Proven experience leading a social media team.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and social media analytics. Expertise in
content strategy, campaign planning, and brand management. Excellent leadership,
communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced
environment.
