Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Sola (Ahmedabad)

Key Requirements:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials including cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and finishing materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure on-time material procurement.
- Maintain site-wise inventory, conduct stock verification, and monitor material movement.
- Coordinate with project, site, finance, and accounts teams for procurement planning and execution.
- Review material requirements based on project schedules and BOQs.





Desired Candidate:

- Graduate (Civil Engineering or Commerce preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Experience in vendor development, supplier negotiations, and purchase order management.
- Working knowledge of BOQ, ERP/Inventory Management Systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
