Job Description:

To identify and generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, social media, wedding platforms, networking events, and other lead generation channels.

To build and maintain relationships with venue partners, hotels, resorts, travel partners, wedding vendors, and other industry stakeholders.

To understand client requirements, wedding aspirations, guest count, destination preferences, budgets, and expectations through meetings and discussions.

To recommend suitable destinations, venues, experiences, and wedding concepts aligned with client requirements.

To coordinate with internal teams and external partners for gathering information required for proposal preparation.

To prepare and present customized destination wedding proposals, budgets, and presentations to prospective clients.

To conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and destination orientation whenever required.





To maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and guide them throughout the decision-making process.

To negotiate commercials and support deal closure while ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability objectives.

To achieve assigned sales, revenue, and conversion targets.

To maintain updated records of enquiries, proposals, follow-ups, and business opportunities in the CRM system and tracking sheets as suggested and approved by the management.

To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging destination wedding opportunities.

To ensure complete and accurate handover of confirmed projects to the Client Service and Operations teams.

To maintain robust relationships with clients and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

To prepare and share MIS for the Management and AGM for review.

To maintain data security and confidentiality of client and company information, and live by the HR Policy.
