Key Responsibilities

- Formulate, test, and analyze drilling chemicals and related products for upstream drilling, stimulation, and production operations.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for new chemicals and replicate field drilling systems in the laboratory.
- Support technology transfer from laboratory to plant, including plant trials and detailed experiment documentation.
- Lead and supervise laboratory staff while maintaining comprehensive records and communicating results to senior management.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies
- Formulation of drilling chemicals (emulsifiers, cloud point glycols, polyamines, scavengers)
- MUD (drilling fluid) testing and oil field chemical evaluation
